Between Heights Mission Statement

  • Encourage Preservation & Restoration of our “Between Heights” neighborhood’s historic character & single family homes
  • Preserve our neighborhood’s connection to our past while progressing into a sustainable future
  • Provide social opportunities for neighbors to connect with one another to promote” Neighborly” relations
  • Embrace our community’s diversity and promote a spirit of cooperation among neighbors
  • Promote public health, public safety & environmentally conscious sustainability in our community

The Between Heights Community Association is an all volunteer community group which originally formed to save historic homes in our neighborhood from demolition, but has become so much more.

We hold annual block parties, an annual neighborhood garage sale, we put out a monthly newsletter, and connect to each other via sporadic BeHi email updates.

There are no membership fees to belong, you just need to live (be a resident, a renter or an owner... we don't discriminate) in the neighborhood (or to have once lived here, as many ex-neighbors stay life-long friends.)

We love our neighborhood, our community character, our historic homes and we love our neighbors. We are friendly, welcoming and social. We look out for each other as best we can.
